Terms of Delivery



We deliver your purchased products to the shipping company within 1-3 business days. After delivering your order to the shipping company, the tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail or SMS. You can also access your tracking number from the order tracking page.

In the event of legally determined force majeure and in cases that are under the responsibility of the customer, such as moving from the delivery address or not being present at the delivery address, delivery time and conditions may vary.

All product prices are displayed exclusive of all taxes and duties. Upon the arrival of your order at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes for the location you’re shipping to. For an estimate of taxes and duties on your purchase, contact your local customs.




You can send the products you want to return or exchange to us within 14 days. The products to be returned or exchanged must be in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and designer tags, if any, attached to them, their packaging must be intact, their accessories and authenticity cards/dust bags, if applicable, must be complete, and they should be in a condition to be put up for resale. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you. To complete your return or exchange you need to fill out the form on the back of the invoice. If there is no form on the back of the invoice, you must write the code or barcode of the product you want to return or exchange on the back of the invoice and put it inside your shipment. If you are missing your invoice, print out the e-invoice you received with your order and include it in your shipment.

We do not accept returns and exchanges for the evening gowns, jewelry, pyjamas, swimsuits, underwear and custom-made or modified items.



All designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.


Please be careful with light-colored bags and accessories if you are still deciding whether you will be keeping them. Please note that dark items of clothing can transfer dye to light-colored bags.



When trying on shoes, please, stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles. Please return all items including the dust bag and the shoebox. The shoebox forms part of the product and should be sent back to us. Failure to do so will result in the reduction of the price of the shoebox from your refund.



We strive to display the colors of our products on BEYLISS as accurately as possible. However, due to variation in computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.


Once your returned items have been received and accepted by our authorized persons, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs, within the legal period of 10 business days. You will be informed in case we don’t accept your refund. In this the products will be sent back to you at your own expense. Once your exchange item has been received and accepted by our authorized persons, the new product will be sent to you within 3 working days at the latest. If the return and exchange conditions are met, you can also return or exchange items at our physical stores with the note of delivery and invoice.
