PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FORM
By accepting this Preliminary Information Form electronically, the BUYER confirms that the seller's contact information, the specifications of the ordered products, the product price including taxes, payment and delivery information have been provided to him/her by the SELLER in a complete, accurate and complete manner prior to the conclusion of the distance sales contract to be concluded between the parties.

BUYER accepts that the information provided in this article is correct and belongs to him/her. If BUYER cannot be reached with the address information provided, SELLER will not be responsible and therefore all responsibility will belong to BUYER.

The product/products ordered electronically by the BUYER are delivered to the BUYER or the persons at the address provided by the BUYER through the shipping company that the SELLER has a contract with, within a legal period of not more than 30 (thirty) days. During this period, the BUYER can receive support by sending an e-mail to destek@beyliss.com.tr for complaints regarding these issues.
Even if the BUYER is not at the address at the time of delivery, the SELLER will be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation fully and completely. Therefore, the BUYER is responsible for any losses, damages and expenses arising from the BUYER receiving the product late and/or not receiving it at all.
ARTICLE 4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CASES WHERE THIS RIGHT CANNOT BE USED
4.1. The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal granted to it pursuant to the relevant legislation within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product/products it has ordered and approved with this Preliminary Information to itself or to the person at the address it has notified. In order for the BUYER to exercise its right of withdrawal, it is required that it notify the SELLER in writing or verbally through customer services within this period, that the product/products are not among those for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised as determined in the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 27.11.2014, or that the product has not suffered any damage that would prevent it from being offered for resale outside of its usual use and has not been used in this manner.
4.2. The right of withdrawal cannot be used in relation to product/products that have acquired personal characteristics through modifications, changes or additions in line with the BUYER's requests prior to the order. The BUYER will not be able to use the right of withdrawal in the following contracts and similar contracts, including but not limited to the matters regulated in the "Regulation on Distance Contracts":
- Contracts for goods or services whose prices vary depending on fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of the SELLER or the provider,
- Contracts regarding goods prepared in line with the BUYER's requests or personal needs,
- Contracts regarding the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; and those whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons,
- Contracts concerning goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature,
- Contracts regarding services that are started to be performed with the consumer's approval before the expiry of the right of withdrawal period.
4.3. BUYER has the right of withdrawal even before the delivery of the product/products. BUYER is responsible for any changes and deteriorations that occur if BUYER does not use the product/products in accordance with their operation, technical specifications and instructions for use within the withdrawal period, and BUYER is obliged to compensate for any decrease in the value of the product/products. SELLER will receive the product/products that BUYER will return due to the use of the right of withdrawal through the shipping company that SELLER has an agreement with and at a time (date) to be determined in advance by agreeing with SELLER. SELLER must be contacted in order to learn the Cargo Company that SELLER has an agreement with as of the date this Agreement is approved. If BUYER sends the product/products that he/she will return through a shipping company that SELLER does not have an agreement with, the shipping cost will be covered by BUYER. In company returns, a return invoice must be issued. The BUYER may benefit from the right of withdrawal and information about contracted cargo companies by calling 0212 262 22 72 or sending an e-mail to destek@beyliss.com.tr.
4.5. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the price of the product(s) and the shipping costs will be refunded to the BUYER within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the right of withdrawal of the product(s) reaches the SELLER, in accordance with the payment method used by the BUYER during purchase.
4.6. The BUYER must return the product to the product return address specified in article 1, for delivery to the SELLER, within 10 days from the date of notification of exercising the right of withdrawal.
ARTICLE 5. APPLICATION
Applications regarding consumer complaints and objections can be made to the consumer problems arbitration committee or consumer court in the place where the consumer purchased the goods or services or where he/she resides, within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Customs and Trade of the Republic of Turkey.
ARTICLE 6. INFORMATION
6.1. The information contained in this Preliminary Information Form is provided for commercial purposes in accordance with the distance communication tools used and within the framework of good faith principles, in a manner that protects minors and adults who lack or have limited discernment.
6.2. The SELLER stores some of the BUYER's personal information included in the distance sales contract and preliminary information form (such as name-surname, telephone, TR ID Number, address or e-mail address, etc.) as the data controller.
The Seller may use the information requested during the shopping phase such as name-surname, telephone number, Turkish ID Number, address, e-mail address, date of birth, etc. outside the purpose and scope determined by this contract, to contact the BUYER when necessary or store or process this information. Personal Data may also be transferred to, processed and used by companies that the SELLER cooperates with, in order to conduct research to improve the SELLER's processes, create a database, conduct market research and conduct communication/marketing activities. The BUYER declares and accepts that they have given their express approval within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 for the transmission, processing and storage of the members' personal data to the real and/or legal persons that the SELLER cooperates with for the specified purposes.
The Buyer has the right to apply to the Data Controller Seller at any time within the scope of the Law to learn whether his/her personal data has been processed, to request information about the processed personal data if any, to learn the purpose of processing the personal data and whether this data has been used in accordance with the purpose, to know the third parties to whom his/her personal data has been transferred, to request correction of errors in his/her personal data and to request this correction from the relevant third party if a transfer has been made, to request the deletion, destruction or anonymization of this data if the reasons requiring the processing of personal data are eliminated and to request that this request be communicated to the third party to whom the data has been transferred if a transfer has been made, to object to any negative result related to the person as a result of the processed data, and to claim compensation within the framework of the law in case of damages arising from data processing contrary to the Law.
