  • Can I exchange or return an item I bought on beyliss.com?

Yes, you can send us the products you want to return or exchange within 14 days. The products to be returned or exchanged must be in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and designer tags, if any, attached to them, their packaging must be intact, their accessories and authenticity cards/dust bags, if applicable, must be complete, and they should be in a condition to be put up for resale. We do not accept returns and exchanges for the evening gowns, jewelry, pyjamas, swimsuits, underwear and custom-made or modified items.

 

  • Can I exchange or return an item I bought from beyliss.com at one of your stores?

Yes, if the return and exchange conditions are met, you can return or exchange the purchased item at one of our locations.

 

  • How soon will I get a refund?

Once your return reaches us, we will check whether it is eligible for refund. If the return is accepted, the refund will be processed within 10 business days for credit card purchases, though the processing time will depend on your payment provider. For money transfer/EFT method of payment, the refund will be made on the next business day at latest, the processing time will depend on your payment provider.   

 

  • Can I cancel my order before it is shipped?

Yes, please, contact us at destek@beyliss.com for cancellation before shipping.

 

  • To which address shall I send my return or exchange?

Please, send them to Kilyos Caddesi No: 258/1 Uskumruköy, Sarıyer İstanbul 34450.

 

  • Will I cover the shipping costs for the item I return or exchange?

For shipments within Turkey you can return or exchange your item free of charge. In order to do so, please, contact us before sending the product back to us, and we will provide you with the Beyliss company code for Yurtiçi Kargo. You need to give this code to Yurtiçi Kargo representative for your free return. No payment, refund, or discount will be made for return shipments sent without the Beyliss company code. In case you use a shipping company other than Yurtiçi Kargo, you will also have to cover the shipping costs.

 

  • How can I track my shipment?

If you are a member of our website, you can get the information about the shipment status of your order and view your previous orders using Orders tab in Account section. If you are not a member, you can track your order here.

 

  • Where do I get my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail and SMS after we give your order to the shipping company. Please, contact us if you haven’t not received your tracking number within 3 business days.

 

  • What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by credit cards or money transfer/EFT. Installment options are available for Axess, World, Maximum, Cardfinans, Paraf, Bonuscard, and Bankkart credit cards.
